At Leamans, we pride ourselves on the professional service we provide for all of our student accommodation lets. By renting through Leamans, our student tenants can find the right rental property and avoid stressful complications.

We offer more than high quality student homes – we offer pastoral care. We know that student housing will often be our student tenants’ first private rental experience. Our student rentals department is on hand to help with all property problems and queries that students may have with their accommodation. We deal with any accommodation emergencies 24 hours a day, for added peace of mind.

All of the student houses that we offer are furnished and include:

• Separate communal living room
• Well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker and washing machine
• Study bedrooms with minimum furniture of a bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, desk and chair
• Bathrooms with showers
