Here at Leamans, we believe that the coming year will show that the lettings market in Exeter and the surrounding district will continue to grow and prosper, particularly in respect of demand from the most lucrative sector consisting of 'Young Professionals', a group which comprises people who have to be flexible and mobile within the careers market which often demands the ability to move to a new location at short notice.
